Robert J. Leusch, C.I.C.
President
Bob graduated from St. Ignatius High School class of 1977.
He attended Bowling Green State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Insurance.
He has been a licensed insurance agent since 1981 and
earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1983 placing him in the top 1% of educated insurance professionals.
A lifelong resident of Cleveland, Bob is proud to be a member

Anne M. Leusch, C.I.S.R.
Vice President - Personal Lines
Anne graduated from St. Joseph Academy in 1978. She
joined the agency in 1988.
At the time Anne was a practicing Paralegal working for a large
law firm specializing in Probate. She became a natural at managing the agency's growing Bond Department and she works very
closely with attorney clients throughout Northeastern Ohio handling their bonding needs.
Anne obtained her Property & Casualty insurance agent's
license in 1992
and was recently awarded the Certified Insurance Service Representative
designation, having completed and passed five insurance institutes' comprehensive exams.
In addition to managing the agency's Bond Department, Anne currently
is in charge of special projects for the agency and the agency
Accounting Department.

Roy C. Novello
Sales AssociateIn addition to our in house
sales and service professionals, Leusch Insurance Services is fortunate to be associated with Roy Novello.
Roy has lived in Cleveland and surrounding areas his entire life. With over 20 years of insurance experience, Roy
provides knowledge and expertise in employee benefits, group hospitalization, pension plans, life insurance, disability
insurance, fixed and indexed annuities. He has the capability of providing comparison shopping for these
types of coverages and and can obtain the right product and pricing for our clients.

A prestigious designation achieved only after completion of 100 hours
of formal training and passing 5 rigorous examinations. Membership is renewed each year upon completion of 20 hours continuing

CISR - Certified Insurance Service Representative
Achieved by completing 5 one-day courses covering all phases of customer service and passing examinations after
each course. The designation is retained by attending one formal continuing education
course per year.
